Cyber crime is an offense that is done online in many regions, but in the E-commerce industry it is done in the transfer of money. Cyber crime is difficult to find, therefore giving the persons who do the crimes so much time to run away, then the criminals can be in other country far from the scene of the offense when it is discovered.

A computer can be the aim of a crime when illegal access of computer network happened. Cyber offense influences E-commerce. The growth of IT and  use of the Internet made it possible for cyber offences to occur.

Cyber offense kills e-commerce by viruses, fraud, and different kind of means that there are in the network. Some people think that it is safe to do commerce by e-commerce if they find that the security system is work well. But, trading by e-commerce is not really safe because there are cyber crimes.

A lot of customers are worry when they want to try online shopping by means of a credit card. Because of the danger of the online offense such as credit card fraud.

Another type of offense in e-commerce is personality data stealing. It takes place when a person`s private information robbed and used for a crime. When personality data stealing happens the customer is not alert till it is too late because credit card illegally used by an unknown person.

E-commerce or electronic commerce, a part of e-business, means the buying, selling of goods and services by the Internet that terms of sale are done electronically. Ecommerce has 4 major Groups:

1-    Business to Business

2-    Business to Consumer

3-    Consumer to Business

4-    Consumer to Consumer

Today E-commerce needs new laws because of increasing cyber crimes in e-commerce world. And traditional law can’t answer to new crime in cyber space about e-commerce. Then all the countries around the world must prepare and follow new cyber laws.
